Intellectual property

Payment terms and refunds

While we test and tune these systems carefully before delivery, AI generated responses can occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. We recommend human oversight for any use case involving sensitive decisions, medical, legal, or financial advice, or direct customer facing communication where mistakes could carry real consequences.
Data handling and confidentiality
Any business information, data, or materials you share with us during a project will be treated as confidential and used only to deliver the agreed services. Where a project involves processing personal data belonging to your customers, such as call recordings or contact details passed through a voice agent, you remain responsible for having the proper legal basis to collect and share that data with us, and we'll act only on your instructions in handling it. We won't share your proprietary information with outside parties without your consent, except where required by law or where a third party tool needs limited access to function as intended, such as a hosting provider or API service.
Indemnification
You agree to cover any claims, damages, or costs Eplanet Soft faces that arise from your misuse of a delivered system, your violation of these terms, or your breach of a signed project agreement. Limitation of liability
